Jeff installed a new furnace and AC for our second floor. He put drop clothes down to protect the floors and was very clean and professional. At the end of the day he even helped me move things up into the attic for storage! We love how quiet our new system is and we will definitely use Big Wave again when our other furnace and AC has to be replaced. 10/10 stars!
